The design, the room decor and all the installations in the hotel is hard to fault, a perfect base to built a perfect hotel in fact, but they choose to ignore all the little details a good hotelier should normally attend to and slowly allow it to rot, so sad.

Spaces, Comfortable, New and quite clean. The hotel is quite new, so the things looked quite new. The hotel room is big. The floor carpet maybe is just spray with antibacterial liquid detergent, so feeling a bit itching for feet. The hotel breakfast is nice, the service staff is friendly and polite.

Decent hotel for the price. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast could be better with porridge as an option. There are also food options beside the hotel though we didn't try, but that's a plus for convenience.

We arrived at the restaurant for a peaceful breakfast. We were told that the breakfast would be charged to our room. We assumed we would settle the bill at check out time (which would only be a few minutes after breakfast). However, in the middle of breakfast while peacefully conversing, the rude waitress pushed the bill in our faces saying... More

I stayed in Junior Suite for 3D2N. CONS: Check-in was quick but the room is not really clean. Doesn't the hotel management know to prepare the room clean & tidy before a guest checks-in? Its fully paid online, so they should have kept the room ready for their guests no matter they show-up or not. Dirty couch, Dirty toilet bowl,... More
