Stayed there for one night and would never come back. Checked hotels in Tanah Rata and this one seemed to be ok so we did not even check the room before we paid. At the reception they have a notice that only 50% will be refunded if you are not happy with the room after you already paid. I guess...

Staff are the same ones from morning till night looking very tired n worn out. Manager or the owner talking very loudly at lobby area ignoring guest shows no respect for paying guest. Keep screaming on top of her voice calling for the staff when the poor receptionist are busy with checking us. Room were clean but the toilet looks...

Very centrally located which means you can easily walk to anywhere in the friendly city of Tanah Rata. The big drawback is the traffic noise from the street, especially since one of our bedroom windows did not close properly. Showers were great (good pressure and very hot water), rooms clean and beds warm and comfortable. Price expensive though, which does...

We entered our room briefly that afternoon to drop off our baggage and quickly left to explore the town for what was left of that day. When we returned to the hotel around 11pm, we were in for a...

We happened to find this hotel while returning from the tour of Rose Centre since the tour operator's shop was located near by. The hotel is strategically placed in the commercial hub of Tanah Rata town. Intercity Bus Station is just in front of the hotel and there are plenty of eateries, fast food joints, convenient stores and travel booths...

We stayed here in mid-August for one night. We were able to call in advance and book a room with two twin beds and on-suite bathroom. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and helpful. She was the same person who greeted us at reception when we arrived, and she was quite nice. We unloaded our bag and went...

“Room 204 was great - the TV worked and so did the shower (you have to let it run a bit for it to get hot but it does get REALLY hot!). There was lots of room to unpack and the windows face a side street and not the main street so might be a bit quieter than other rooms.”
