Stayed there with family. As usual the room's was provided with 'natural' aircondition. Its clean n comfortable even with our two small kids . When entering the lobby during c.in, my eyes was 'tricled' by the snooker table at the corner of the lobby. Spent about half an hour playing it alone on the 2nd day. The concept my might...

We stayed as a couple for 3 nights at the Heritage Hotel, and overall took to the hotel as a good spot for exploring the Highlands with a bit of character, despite needing some upkeep. As many reviewers have already mentioned the hotel is a bit dated, however we quite liked this - the big, looming presence of the place...

There were a lot of mixed reviews of the hotel but I decided to give this hotel a shot as it offers reasonable Quad room during the CNY period. The room I booked was big with 2 queen beds. The carpet looked dated but glad they provided disposable slippers as I would have tip toed around if they hadn't. Otherwise,...

We spend 3 nights at Heritage hotel and we're not impressed. The first room they gave us had the most horrible smell at cigarette smoke. Therefore, we after some hassle got a new room. The standard or the rooms and breakfast are ok, but noting more. The staff does Their best within the rigid regulations they have to follow (must...

We stayed here as we got a heavily discounted rate and it was worth this rate but if you pay the full price you would feel a bit cheated as the place is looking run down and in serious need of sprucing up to bring it into this century Pros - a nice quiet location overlooking Tanah Rata on the...

Spend a total of 5 days here. The hotel room really lacked maintenance as it's pretty run down. It's kinda dirty too. But the location is very good, there's a very nice cafe right down the road! It's also a few mins drive to Brinchang.

Spend quite awhile there during CNY 2017. The hotel is situated in Tanah Rata, 10min drive to Brinchang. Overall the hotel is quite run down. Service is there. Price is reasonable for a few night of stay. Crowded during weekends.

We had a deluxe room in the new wing so our stay was all right. However, it was cold in the highlands and the room was cold, no heat, and a thin blanket and sheet on the bed. To get another blanket would cost us 20 myr. That's ridiculous. We have travelled all around the world and never have we...
