We paid RM260/- as walk in customers since it is peak period. There was a dead lizard on the toilet bowl. The television was not working. The hot water flask was not working. Sheets were dirty. The generator kept turning on all night long. Could hear the television sound from the room next door. And echo everytime people closed their doors. We requested for a 50% refund. And they refused.

Terrible. We booked a reservation online for a price on sale. I advised that we will check in late in the evening and they confirmed my reservation immediately. We arrived around 10PM only to find out my reservation was cancelled, without even a cancellation advice or email. We just requested for another available room since it is already late and there's no available public transpo. The room given to us is the same room that we booked online. They said that the technical team cancelled it however I was notified the next day that my reservation was tagged as "NO SHOW" and that the property cancelled it. Also, sheets are stained and the bathroom smells bad. Internet connection is good,accessibility is good.

They should provide a wardrobe for hanging clothes and a kettle in the room. So that no need to take hot water from the hotel lobby. The blanket provided was thin and not properly washed, there was many hair strands on it. Others is acceptable.

my family visited taman sedia & tanah rata famous steambot&grill restourant Taman Apple (formerly known as taman abang) and this hotel is like at the middle of both places. there were enough parking. its located at less crowded area, so there were less noise. altough our room was at 3rd floor,there was an elevator that eased us a lot. our room is queen+ single, so there was little space for us to move around the room yet worth the rate.no refrigerator & visitors cant control the air-cond.

Hotel Sunbirds is very good hotel to stay. Our family enjoyed staying there, with their services and hotel maintenance is excellent.The rooms are very clean and the environment surrounding the hotel is breathtaking.The hotel staff was very friendly and overall the hotel was a good choice to stay.

We stayed there two nights. The rooms were more or less clean (dirty duvet cover) and there was no room service. The free wifi was working good. The stuff was friendly but their english wasn't good...

This Hotel have a good services.. The rooms are clean and beautiful. This hotel have a lift for four floors. The rooms contain attached bathroom with hot shower . this rooms also contain televisions with selected channels.
