Ample parking spaces as we stayed on weekdays, thus not many visitors. Room was huge, but very terrible on cleanliness. It was pretty weird to see the side table drawers were left open when we first came in. very 'cincai' job from the housekeeping team. The toilet was alright, but please please please remove the hideous looking curtains! The towels...

The rooms were clean and well kept. But they were far from modern. They didn't provide hand towels, drinking water etc. Water your are supposed to fill from the water dispenser yourself, well who expects that on a holiday!! bath towels were very average and hand towels were only provided on request. Why should a guest request hand towels aren't these simple...

*) You can take a walk from Tanah Rata Bus Terminal to Century Pines Resort; around 290m or just 4 minutes walk. *) The worst hotel of the entire trip. The only reason to stay here should be proximity to Tanah Rata Bus Terminal and Indian Restaurants within walking distance, otherwise horrible property. *) We booked Superior Room, 1 Queen...

Beautiful lobby but the room was tired: an old furniture, an old smell. Great breakfast with a huge selection of foods. It's cold at night so take some warm clothes with you. Starbucks Coffee, food stalls and some "restaurants" in a walking distance. Hiking trail to waterfall are starts just around the corner. Staff at the reception don't know any...

We stayed there for 3 nights (Couple with a baby) From the outside, the hotel looks very good. We got some help to move our luggages. The entrance/front desk looks nice too. The room was huge but not well-cleaned. The breakfast was ok, but not enough choices for the western food. DO NOT USE the laundry service from the hotel!!!...

I had been to the Cameron Highlands for my wedding anniversary. I chose Century Pines for its location, being a 4* and expectation of a good service. To my surprise the stay was not at all worth the money we paid i.e. 350 RM per night! There are many decent 3* hotels in the town for as low as 100-200...

It was value for money. The staff were polite and helpful. It is an outdated hotel and is cleanish. Our room was clearly not cleaned before we arrived. The buffet breakfast was small and not many options. The bathroom is very outdated and takes time to get used to. The best part of the hotel is that it is located...

The hotel has a feel of a place where people would retreat to during the hot months in colonial times and even though there are certain limitations in terms of space and offerings, we did enjoy our stay a lot. The rooms are comfortable but a tad on the smaller side given the star rating, but the views and the...

My second stay at the hotel. This time I was given a room with twin bed although I requested for super king bed. I was told that all the rooms were fully occupied. I got the room in block A. The room was newly painted and the room looked nice. Just that it was not really clean esp under the...

Hotel is located in one of Cameron's town centres, Tanah Rata, which made it very convenient to explore what Cameron had to offer. Hotel staff were generally friendly but they were not flexible enough to allocate another room to us when we arrived at 0915 after an overnight bus from Singapore. As their check-in time was the standard 1500, we...
