Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The meals were beautifully prepared, and delicious. Our host and waiters were friendly and offered ideas on things to do in the area. The museum was good, except that it was in french. The displays did have bilingual signs. I would suggest visiting the museum; it is educational and worth it. The town of Wendake...

My husband and baby decided to make a trip form Toronto specifically to stay at this hotel. We loved the idea of it and it looked like a unique experience. However, for how much we spent this turned out to be a bad decision. I should mention that we were there for 2 days and it rained the second day....

Without exaggeration, our family felt honored to be with the Huron-Wendat people during our stay in Wendake. Theirs is an amazing story of oppression, struggle, and more recently victory and resurgence. This hotel is surely one of their Crown Jewels and exactly the type of cultural experience we wanted for our young daughters to help them appreciate the fact that...
