I love Premier Inn the beds are amazing, they are always clean, the staff are great but would prefer more towels being available and a larger choice of pillows. Breakfast was ok and way way way too expensive.

Very clean rooms with comfortable beds, coffee and tea making facilities and free WiFi . Plenty of free parking outside and there was a great pub and restaurant next door. We were able to check in before we arrived and the staff were very welcoming. Wots not to like

We stayed here for two nights on a weekend and were put in the new annexe. The room was very good everything was new the room was lovely and warm, bathroom nice and clean. The problem was when we went for breakfast on Sunday morning in the pub The Roundstone next door, we were greeted with words if you want...

We were put in the annexe behind the main hotel, and I think that it has been recently built, everything appears brand new. They have true to think of everything, lots of power points, lighting, computer connections, etc. The rooms are a good size, with a large, very comfortable bed. Triple glazing (I think) means that there is almost no...

I stayed in the annexe room 301 and just outside on the ground floor was all the air con units which in the night when its very quiet make a low frequency droning that is very annoying when you are trying to sleep, I ended up using ear plugs, this noise must affect the rooms below and adjacent as well....

Friendly staff and nice finish to the hotel. However seriously let down by the WiFi. It's too slow, which is a real pain for business patrons. I know they offer a premium WiFi service (supposedly 8 times faster) but that costs extra. Profiteering for decent WiFi isn't acceptable when so many competitors offer it as standard nowadays. At over £100...

A nice comfortable stay with staff extremely polite and helpful. Would have given this 5 stars but there is no phone in the room which made me feel a little unsafe as I was travelling along with a young child

Good and plentiful parking, helpful reception and the hotel was brand new with your own temp control ac. Clean room and bathroom and good hot shower. The bed was too hard for me but that's personal preference.
