The staff were friendly and helpful. The Inn was charming and the grounds beautifully maintained. However the rooms were clean but very basic. Being summer and hot the room had a small window and there was no air circulation. The hotel did offer a continental breakfast at extra cost

we just had dinner with son, daughter in law and 8 month old baby. The meal was very good if a little expensive. The baby in pram was no problem. The wine list although not extensive gave a reasonable choice and was not over expensive. The welcome and service Ŷwas good enough if not effusive. It looked a good place...

We arrived early thinking we could have lunch until our room was ready but we were greeted by a grumpy man who turned out to be the chef and presumably the co-owner and advised that lunch is not served. We found instead, a lovely bistro en route to Concarneau. When we returned to Les Grandes Roches later in the afternoon...

I chose this hotel primarily for its location, being near to some lovely places to visit. Also the pool and quite grounds looked nice. I decided on the cottage for two. We arrived after a long and hot journey. It took us about an hour of driving around Tregunc to find the hotel. On arrival we found the reception with...

It is a very nice hotel, "lost" in the forest close to Tregunc. It is not easy to arrive the first time, but once you know the way, it a geat place to stay during your visit to Bretagne. And if you are looking for quiet holidaysm then, it is perfect. Dinner is at 7 pm, but if you prefer...

The hotel is set in a quiet, large garden on the edge of the town. Its entrance dominated by a group of large - wait til you see them - rocks. There is a patio outside the main entrance leading to a large lawn. There are a number of room categories from thatched cottages to typical hotel bedrooms. En suites...

We found the Auberge Les Grandes Roches a great stay. We've been there only one day and night, but the property is very quite and nice and we spent great hours enjoying the sun and the pool. The room was nice and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. The breakfast was good, with the...

This is above our normal budget range, but we decided to have a splurge night. If you can afford it, it's a great choice. We found the welcome to be all we needed. The grounds are exquisite and delightful. Parking on-site. The room is spacious and comfortable, with one of my favorite luxuries: a terrycloth robe in the bath. The...

“the hotel is distributed in some buildings. Ours was a cottage with 2 floors. As it is all sourrounded of garden and trees, it is not very important the orientation of the room.”

“Some rooms are in buildings about 20 yards fromk the main building and two are up some steep stairs. It was no problem for us but it may perhaps be inconvenient for less able visitors or in inclement weather.”
