The idea of Reception swanning around in Tee shirts does not appeal. However trying to get service was like pulling teeth. The room allocated had not been cleaned nor the bed made. Again the effort expended to have that resolved took an unnecessary length of...More

Some of the friendliest staff I have encountered at a hotel in the UK. I can honestly say that without any hesitation. I'll go through this review systematically.
Plenty of parking, and staff immediately assist with registering your car with the hotel.

Although I did not travel with young children, I believe you would be quite happy but be aware there is not a play area and the hotel is situated within a retail/industrial park. There is a Frankie and Benny's just over the road and also the Pride of Lincoln Hotel. The hotel is situated quietly and has very friendly. approachable staff and I did notice high chairs in the small bar/dining area.
