This resort looks outstanding on paper but the reality is quite disappointing. We were expecting a high quality experience but found the resort to be tired and not well attended to. The property as a whole is very awkward to navigate because it is so large and set on a steep hill. Shuttle vans are an absolute must anytime you want to go back up to your room or up to the pool. Our room was not as lush as expected and the layout, while impressive in photos, is actually not very functional. The room was clean but the bed was hard and the pillows uncomfortable. The pool itself is handsome but the surrounding is not well attended, with only two functioning older parasols. The breakfast buffet has fresh fruit and vegetables, but the prepared food is limited and bland. And repetitive! While the service staff in the restaurant and the shuttle van drivers were all great, we had some problems with the reception desk. I can’t even start to describe the story of booking a hotel beach shuttle because you wouldn’t believe it, especially from a quality resort. The staff person was unhelpful and rude. Generally, instructions about shuttles and other details were unclear and incomplete, and it felt as if the rules were being made on the spot. Ao Nang is a touristy beach town. Spending extra money to stay at The Fiore is not worth

I have such mixed feelings about our 1 week stay at Fiore. This is our 5th time back in Ao Nang, so we know the area and standard of hotels well. PROS - The rooms are spectacular, huge bed (although very hard), and big squishy pillows. Nice and quiet, as well outside the hustle of town (we hired a motorbike, so easy to drive into town). CONS - we had a jacuzzi villa, where the pictures show gorgeous views. We couldn't see anything from the deck, apart from overgrown trees! The breakfast was distinctly average, and often left to go cold - or uncovered, which the local flies really loved 🤮 The resort is also on a steep hill, which you can walk, however as we were at the top of the hill, we got the shuttle, which is certainly an experience... Overall, the staff are lovely, however on checkout, we were accused of stealing snickers from the mini bar. We said there had never been any in the fridge (it was even crossed out on the menu), and after 10 minutes arguing, they phoned the room service team who confirmed there had never been any in the first place. No apologies, just an "okay, you can go". Sadly, not somewhere we will rush back to.

Beautiful nature escape! We stayed in a jacuzzi tree top villa and it was definitely worth it- we watched the sunset on our last night from the jacuzzi and it was breathtaking. Also loved the jungle booths with the phones to ring to be taken down it was very efficient. The infinity pool was also lovely. We also took a look around the grounds there was lots of beautiful butterflies. The catfish farm was cool also. Only negatives is the was flies on the canopy of the bed. There isn’t too much around unless get a tuk tuk but they are cheap and there’s a lovely strip close by via tuk tuk,

We got the Jacuzzi Mountain view Villa & here's everything you need to know before deciding if you want to stay here: - The resort is about a 25 mins walk from the nightlife/beach area so if you're looking for a quiet secluded place then this is great. Do note that at night you will have a lot of trouble finding transportation to go anywhere (even with apps like Grab) - In order to get to & from your room to the reception you WILL need to call a bugee which means that you will be reliant on it all the time. Having said that, it comes by pretty fast after you call for it - The view from the place is great, very sereen and like the pictures online - The rooms are well cleaned and neat - The staff is very friendly & provides great service - The amenities in the room are mediocre at best for the price you pay - the Jacuzzi is old and doesn't work well at all, the shower in the toilet either has boiling hot water or ice cold, and the Aircon takes about 45 mins to cool the room - The breakfast is *bad*, there are very limited food options (even lesser for any vegetarian person) worst of all is that they don't change their breakfast menu! Which means for your whole trip you'll be eating the same breakfast which is ridiculous for a 4 star hotel If you still want to stay at this resort for the views, my recommendation would be to rent a motorbike for your stay to give yourself more flexibility with travel

We origininally booked 4 nights in this well rated resort and were absolutely disappointed. We are giving the 2 star rate just because of the nice garden area. Almost everything about the accommodation was inaccepbale: - No mosquito protection in a bamboo hut which is located a Thai forest: A No-Go - Room and bed were not cleaned properly - Ants and bugs were highly available in bathroom and sleeping area - Bathroom was completely dark and only a small lamp over the toilet available: Shaving light etc? Forget it… - The breakfast has an absolutely poor quality. Even our friends who decided to stay changed to other breakfast location on second day. So, we decided after one night to leave this hotel immediately even if the money was dumped and changed to another hotel. Sorry guys, but I do not understand where your good ratings are coming from…

Not a perfect hotel but everything was worth the price. Humble staff with helping hands. Expect to wait for buggy service as our Villa (most of the villas) was located on the upper part of the mountain, just give them a call then service will be there in few minutes depending on the location of your villa. Resort was located next to Tesco Lotus and a few minutes drive to Aonang Beach. Breakfast has variety of choices but not so due to limited no. of rooms. Not all room has scenic view but all rooms were relaxing on it's own sorrounding and the atmosphere was nice. They provide complete set of toiletries which are not common in other hotels in Thailand 😉. Also, we loved the Garden as it promotes the Southeast Asian Countries finest attraction/culture. So much to capture if you're an IG lover. We'll surely be back here nextime! PS. Don't forget to visit the viewpoint on the peek area of the resort.😊😊

We stayed at the jacuzzi bungalow, quiet with a nice view. However, the shower didn’t provide steady hot water. Even though the staff had came to fix it, the same issue happened again day after day. Be careful when you shower (especially if you have kids) as sometimes the water is too cold and something it’s way too hot. We wanted to play the zip-line but it was just available for the kids but not for the adult. It’s far away from Ao Nang beach and it’s not very easy to find a tuk tuk out of the resort.

I booked 4 nights stay at the Aonang Fiore Resort in the Jacuzzi sweet (apparently the best room). Overall extremely disappointed with my stay. On checking in the room was NOT clean - the bed sheets were not clean, the bath tub was dirty, and there were half drunk cans of sprite in the fridge. Clearly that the room had not been properly cleaned between previous guests. On the second day the power goes off in the room at around 4pm, which, granted was due to bad weather, however we were made to wait until 7pm to move to another room and by that time it was dark so moving and packing in the dark wasn’t ideal! The new room we moved was fine, good view, clean etc only issue the bathroom toilet did not flush. The daily breakfast included in room rate is very basic Thai style buffet; fried eggs, rice etc and the restaurant closes at 3pm. If you want to stay here make sure you don’t book the suite. Save your money and book the lowest room available as the suite definitely is NOT worth it. On a positive note the viewpoint at the top of the hotel is epic and sunrise! Definitely worth the early rise,

The location is absolutely stunning, the resort is set in the beautiful jungle surrounded by nature. When we stayed the resort was very quiet, Krabi itself was extremely quiet. Parts of the hotel were still shut ie the pool bar and we weren’t aware that the restaurant was closed due to the pandemic prior to booking which meant we had to source food away from the hotel or by using food panda. Which isn’t a major problem. Breakfast which was included was okay, although not loads of options, fruit wise available was watermelon and pineapple, bread and jam etc and cereal along with a few items like chicken sausages and fried eggs. No pancakes or croissants which could be a suggestion for the future. Because of the setting I would say it’s not the friendliest if you have mobility issues, there is a shuttle bus that takes you around the resort but you can be waiting a while for this. The gardens are kept pristine and so beautiful and they also have some peacocks on the site. You can also get the shuttle down to ao nang throughout the day It is also quite likely you will get woken up by critters, monkeys etc on the roof of your treehouse but for us this was fine. All in all we had a good stay.

We stayed at Aonang Fiore Resort for 2 nights and it was perfect! The room was nice and clean, and the view was incredible. We stayed in the Jacuzzi Villa and it was really great. From arriving at reception, the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make our stay there amazing. Highly recommend staying here!
