If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. We arrived and the reception had no one there, finally someone turned up and gave us a "villa". This resort has so much potential but looks like it hasn't been touched is 5 years, the grounds are run down the communal areas are empty. The first "villa" looks unique from the outside but we went inside and there were urine stains on the duvet, ants in the bed and droppings on the floor. We went back and asked to change rooms so he put us in an apartment room rather than a villa we arrived the floor was dusty and the cups were filthy looked like a room the staff were staying in. We then got moved to a "better" room, which they cheekily asked an extra 200 baht for, which we did not pay of course, which at first we thought was a decent room then discovered the mug had bugs in them and the floor and bed has bugs. My father vomited after realising he drank from the mug that he realised had bugs near it. In addition, the bathroom smelled so bad I physically could not stand in there it smelled so bad. The pool was also green to add, so in short do not bother coming here it was horrible.…

Property is good but poorly maintained. Seems management has ignored it completely. Staff is good but had communication problems. No proper service available. Soap and Shampoo were extremely diluted with water. Staff wanted to help but no resources available for them to help.

Eng. In room always dirty: dust and debris. Air conditioner broke - fixed quickly but that old model works is bad. There is no knife, no board. We didn’t cut the fruits. Not teasty breakfast. But the hotel area is cozy!

Nice resort and very cheap for the service but basic English staff. 10 mins walking from the beach.tuk tuk 100 baht (2.5€) Great value for the money. Nice swimming pool but poor restaurant service' nice breakfast nearby at 200 m

Decent property but getting old.. slightly far off from beach. Nothing wrong with this property but there are definitely other places near beach which can be chosen @ same price.. our stay was quite comfortable.. choose this place if beach side properties are not available

I read a lot of review says that people are booked villa but then they gave room. It happened to us!! At the first time we're really dissapointed, because the picture of their villa is really beautiful so I decided to book 2 nights there. Overall the room is ok, clean and super spacious. When I asked about that the staff said the villa is fully booked so they upgrade our room, then we figured out that they gave us suite room hahaha.. Honestly that was not the room we expected the room too big for us (I scared to be alone at the room while my husband at the balcony *weird) but we are ok till the last day there. Breakfast, was really good! All of the food was fresh and tasty!! Last, the staff actually super kind and helpfull they just have very limited english :)

My friend and I stayed here for a couple of nights in November 2017. We absolutely loved this resort. Picturesque gardens, cute wooden houses, impeccably furnished and clean. The staff were very few and we often had to wait a few minutes at the reception for someone to address our query, English is very sparsely understood, but we used Google Translate and it was quite fun. I was surprised to see some of the negative reviews here. Maybe they have improved their service, I don't know. We had a great stay here.

Good but not better you get better choice for this. You need improove the room. Breakfast is so bad. Swimming pool is good environment is good. Far for Market and beach. Staff was good. Indian breakfast is not available

Good location walking distance to beaches and nightlife. Staff great and hotel clean but ageing and needs a refit. For the money in the location then all ok but 3 star heading to 2 star so dont expect too much

Don,t waste your money, location not brilliant and the staff are really unhelpful as the week went by the pool got greener we complained but they were not bothered,breakfast was not a good experience either poorly prepared food
