This place was terrible, I felt I was staying in a trailer park. Awful place. Much better options around. Location is ok, however it’s very loud with the restaurant right there plays loud dance music all night. The showers and toilets were discussing!

Stayed here for 4 nights.. The first room we were given had a large wet patch on the bathroom ceiling. This didn’t bother us as we assumed the problem must have been sorted to have been given the room. It started to rain and rain water started to leak through the bathroom ceiling and cause a massive puddle in the bathroom.. water was also leaking onto the bed but only small spots not anywhere near as much as the bathroom. We went to reception to complain for the staff members to come look and give us a key to another room. We had no apology or offer to help us move all of our belongings in the pouring rain! Our new room was very loud and had no sound proofing to the point you could here the people next door coughing and using the toilet! I got into the shower of the new room and by the time I managed to wet my hair and apply shampoo the water started to come out dark brown! After a panic of what I should do covered in shampoo and dirty water i decided to get dressed and go to reception with my hair in a towel to complain and hope for some help in the situation. I explained that the water was coming out dark brown from the shower, tap and toilet! The receptionist just stared at me and pretended she couldn’t understand me! No one even came to check our room! No one apologised I had no choice but to wash the shampoo off my hair with dirty water as we were checking out and had a boat to catch! I would not recommend this place!

The location of the hostel is great, right in the centre of the commercial area and near the sea. Its pretty clean , the stay was peaceful. Suggest for future guest ask for the list items that is suppose to be present in the room, so that we know if any item was missing. When we came there was only on glass in the room, upon checking out we were informed by the staff that there were suppose to be two glasses as there were two guest in the room. Though I explained the staff said " it was impossible for me not to notice there was suppose two be two glasses". We were penalized for 200 Thai Baht, which could purchase a few glasses. The incidence was not pleasant. Suggest management give list of items that is suppose to be in the room to guest. And perhaps train staff to be more tactful with guest. The sunset at the beach was very beautiful. the morning walk at the beach was bliss. I always wonder how they mange to keep the beach clean! Krabi is amazing. A good hotel with nice staff would be a bonus.

Three of us stayed here in a private room and found the room to be pleasant, clean and spacious. It was really pretty dark but seeing as we didn't spent much time in the room, this was ok. Good value for money and in a good location, close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. Wifi worked well too. You can also buy a breakfast voucher to use at the cafe around the corner which served a lovely breakfast.

Location is perfect, very close the the beach and shops, staff were friendly and you can buy breakfast voucher and use it at The Coffee Club, what is definitely worth a visit. Only thing I would criticise is the bathroom and toilet that is let down our expectations. I would recommend it, good value for your money.

Well, this is my first time stayed in room with shared bathroom. The room is comfy and nice for our 2 night stay. The air-conds functioning well, double decker beds are good. But the shared bathroom not very clean. The toilet bowl and sink are dirty. Hotel staffs are very good, they assisted us many times and easy to communicate with. Overall is good except for the shared bathroom.

My very first time stayed in a room with shared bathroom. The room is comfy and nice for our 2 night stay. But the bathroom is not very clean. The toilet bowl and sink quite dirty. The hotel is near to the beach by 10 minutes of walk. 7E shop, laundry shop, massage shop and restaurants all are nearby the hotel. The staffs are good and easy to communicate with. Overall is good except the shared bathroom.

We booked a 6 bed dorm room, we were 4 people. Beds are need, clean and comfy. The dorm room is not too big. Lockers are provided but they are placed in the common corridor. Separate loos for females and males, male washroom was not too clean but usable. They take payment only in THB cash, no card machine is available. Shoes need to be left outside in the porch. Common seating area is available where guests can enjoy their own food/beverages. The location of this place is right in front of the Ao nang beach, thronged by market area on both sides.

I stayed for a night here in the deluxe room. It was amazing. Nice big bed, balcony, TV, big bathroom, and ensuite bathtub that overlooks the room. I was really happy to stay here, as it was a much needed break from my backpacking routine. It was very reasonably priced, plus there were amazing restaurants just a short walk away. Highly recommended for anyone coming to Krabi / Ao Nang.
