After looking through the reviews I felt a little mixed feelings about the hotel. But when I arrived at the hotel we were greeted with warmth welcome and refreshments. We were then personally brought to our room by the staff. To our surprise the room was really clean and nicely decorated for our honeymoon. Do not be deceived by the...

The property is built majestically, with lot of woodwork and spacious rooms, great balcony with sea view, nice amenities. Lot of areas need renovation. Located 10 minutes from Ao nang beach. Rooms were well maintained, service was good and food was also OK. Would have been great had the renovation been completed.

I've read several negative opinions about Pavillion Queen's Bay before spending 2 nights in this hotel. As a result, I was a bit prejudiced against it. However, I was completely mistaken. It turned out to be a hotel with a soul, quiet, clean, with a good location. I must admit that it's a bit old, but nothing disgusting that some...

This had to be the absolute WORST hotel stay I've ever had in all of my travels in any country. I mean it. I've never had a stay that made me feel more uncomfortable or with such dirty accommodations, ever. I don't even know where to begin. HOTEL OVERALL: The whole hotel is rundown and looks abandoned, apart from the...

The hotel is a 4 star hotel, but needs a bit of upgrading. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also huge. It had a bath and shower which was nice. The room also has a balcony with a swing chair. The view from the balcony is very nice too. The hotel staff are friendly...

A more decent reviewer called the hotel a tired old lady and I think that was apt. It's a ten minute walk to a long stretch of beach; slight incline coming back to the hotel but not difficult. The staff were helpful, responsive and very pleasant. Room was clean, breakfast offered a good range of food; the building does require...

We booked this hotel for Christmas and new year. Having read the reviews I was a bit nervous. When we arrived we were greeted with drinks and shown to our rooms. Yes the rooms are old fashioned but they are spacious and clean. The staff from the breakfast room were amazing and couldn't do enough for us. All the areas...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two nights and had an overall great experience. We wanted something nicer than the cheapest place we could find, but still were on a limited budget. Some things that stood out to us were: 1. Friendly and helpful staff, though limited English skills. They led us to our room which was...

The hotel has 4 stars and the pictures on the internet looked okay. When we arrived, we were shocked about the state this property is in! We had smelly fungus in our room, lamps didn't work, the toilet was disgusting and bugs were all over the room. The shower only had boiling hot or cold water. After failing a complaint...

The 1st deluxe room they showed us on the right wing was disgusting. If this is the deluxe I wouldn't like to see their standard room! Black mold on the walls, cracked and repaired (Badly) toilet seat, smell of mold and dirt everywhere. When we were shown to our room we complained immediately while there and were told "sorry, we...
