Convenient off the bridge and main highway, wife and I pulled in as we were too tired to go on. Room was clean and bed was rather hard. It is a convenient clean place. Nothing fancy. Ate at the coffee shop and had a good hot breakfast, price was high for the meals.

Easy to get to after a long drive. Very basic - but - everything needed for a good night rest. The "discounted" price we paid ( $148) is NOT worth it. On a future trip - at that price, we'd continue and look for a more cost effective alternative. That said, it is very easy to get to - very close to the Confederation Bridge. The rooms facing the back, open field are very quiet. Rooms are old but rejuvenated, functional, and adequate. WIFI is excellent. The attached Coffee shop is certainly convenient - BUT - deap-fried 'everything' is NOT a good choice of food.. and the prices are not in line with the low quality of the food. Breakfast is conveniently located in the attached coffee shop - BUT - their prices are more in line with an up-scale alternative. $11.50 for a standard breakfast ( toast / 2 eggs / bacon / jam / coffee ) is, in our opinion too high. On the up-side, "some" of the staff is very friendly, talkative and supportive. Others are shy and don't speak English too well. ( assume this will change with time)

The motel was convenient to the bridge but the reception had very little English. They advertised the room for $89.00 but charged $125.00. There was no heat in the room except for a small electric heater. Tried to call numerous times to book no answer. Showed up and did get a room which we took only because the weather was so bad. Not some place I would recommend.

Road side Motel it was clean .We got a good night sleep before heading home. The only reason we went to PEI was to show our grand son the bridge. There is really nothing exciting about PEI and I wont pay the $47. for the bridge again.

I can see why they only have a 2 and a half stars. The place is a little on the old fashioned side but it's what i expected for the star rating. Reasonable price for 2 queens and the office hours are later which was nice seeing as we arrived on the island quite late in the evening. We had a family next door with small kids and they only time we could hear them was when we went to the washroom. Walls where thick enough we didn't hear them while we slept. Couldn't hear the highway traffic as our room was on the back on the motel. I do question their cleaning though. When we arrived there was a bug crawling on the tub. Didn't feel updated as the sign out front stated. Also when we did our checks to make sure we hadent forgotten anything I looked under the bed to find someone else's sock, candy wrappers and a mound of dirt. For this reason I rate this place poor.
