Somewhat disappointed, there was a lot of noise from the pool. The hot water was not working for many hours and we were not notified when we arrived. There was no bath towel, the next day I asked for one and it was provided. No iron and ironing board. The hotel provided toiletries were poor, did not have a pleasant...

Staff was kind and nice, pool is the only thing going for this place. We stayed at a ground floor room, paid $152.00 dollars on a busy Sunday. Talk about getting ripped off, the room was a total dump. Old, runner down, in desperate need of service. Cracked tiles in bathroom, mirror also old and dingy. Bathroom vent extremely dirty,...

Had the chance to stay at one of the classic, retro hotels in Ensenada; the San Nicolas Resort. For me, there are millions of hotels that all look the same, but don't have character and history. So it's a pleasure to stay at such a famous hotel built in the late 1960's. The owner, Nico Saad, is gracious and has...

The hotel was out dated and not very luxurious But the staff was great! Very helpful, always greeted with a friendly hello. The restaurant was awesome Food was amazing it over looked the pool which was a lot of fun, and once again the staff was very nice! I would stay here again!

The place is super outdated, when you walk in your not sure if your in a dingy and cheap Vegas hotel with a confusing Mexican vibe from the 1970's (the burgundy red carpets inside the rooms and an aweful scary Aztec portrait overlooking your bed surrounded by huge mirrors says it all), but for the 65-70 dollars a night you...

The rooms are huge. Lots of space to place luggage, large bathrooms, and everything. The hotel restaurant is excellent and its pretty much always open. Best pool / jacuzzi facilities in Ensenada. Staying here this weekend and I'm just loving the pool lounge. The weather in Ensenada is amazing in June. My wife loves the restaurant. She cares a lot...

I had a great time with my wife and friends there. The staff is really polite and nice, they allow me an early check in. The pool and jacuzzi area is very nice, we even got a 15% discount on drinks. Eating places are very close, you can go walking.

We stayed in a remodeled room, which was nice, but the reception people are very unfriendly, and it's a very noisy hotel, they turn on the pool music in the morning. And I guess we were unlucky because the gardener had very loud tool in the morning.
