This is a nice hotel with a pool and a very helpful staff. It even has covered private parking. My room had no view whatsoever but I assume some do have a view. the is food and a bar on site and lots of shops and bars in walking distance.

Booked a two night getaway at the Hotel Cortez online. From reviews it seemed like the best option for the price. Was willing to give it a try as it was my first visit to Ensenada. The hotel is modern and clean with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy to find on the main street of town. They are...

Stayed one night. Room had been remodeled. Clean. Everything worked. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Guarded underground parking. Quiet room. Would stay again if wanting to be in the tourist zone.

We stayed here for 2 nights during the Mardi Gras weekend. It was our first time staying at this hotel. The hotel is clean and nicely kept. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We stayed in a single room with one queen size bed. The rooms are very clean. The bathrooms are also very clean but rather small. I...

We chose this hotel because it was mid-range and newly renovated, and - crucial to our ability to travel as telecommuters - offered free wi-fi. Unfortunately, we had a number of snags from the get-go. The wi-fi was down, and when it finally came back up it was VERY slow. The drain in our bathroom shower was clogged and so...

Dear guest We deeply regret the inconvenience that had with the wi-fi. The Good: The area is great, lots of restaurants and stores around, plus you can walk to the malecon. The Whatever: Beds are not the most comfortable but they're ok for one night, there's a nice pool but it is pretty small. The Bad: Customer Service Sucks! Really, starting with the guy in the parking lot, we drive a big...

We waited for room 20 minutes after check out, but well worth the wait. Staff was very pleasant wifi works very fast. Lobby was nice...

Spent a night. Was comfortable, clean and well taken care. I liked it. Couldn't turn the heat, so it was a little bit cold but slept comfortable. Price during the week was very reasonable, but during the weekend they raise the prices quite out of proportion.

If you want to stay close to where the action is. This is where your money will be best spent. Their prices are very reasonable, the hotel has been beautifully remodeled and upgraded.
