My wife, 18 year old son and I stayed at La Concha Mar 19-29. We had stayed in the Los Cabos area previous 2 trips, but wanted something different/more authentic. With La Paz, you do get that. NO condo pushers, pkg trip pushers. The hotel...More
We just spent another awesome 8 days at La Concha. This was our second timeshare exchange to La Concha. We were even in the same unit - unit 115. We walked out of our door to the palapas on the beach. The service was outstanding...More

Not quite sure what your question is, but if it's if the newer section condos have king size beds, I'm sure there are at least some. I believe these are privately owned, and then rented out as part of the La Concha, so they may differ from unit to unit. The condos are definitely much nicer than the regular hotel, with all the benefits of the hotel, and added security with gates on the driveway and beach. You also have a condo only pool and hot tub, but can use the reopens as well. We had a very nice stay there for our fishing trip.
