It wasn't the Cockroach on the toilet that offended me. It was the fact that this place is the most expensive place in San Felipe, and once the managers had their $ full payment they did not want to lift a finger for us. RUDE. They did not want to help us resell the rooms even though our trip was...

We booked there because it is the biggest hotel in San Felipe, expecting the minimum comfort for a couple of nights. Unfortunately, maybe because it was around new year, the staff and room made our stay forgettable. Being winter with very cold nights by the sea, HEATING WAS NOT WORKING at all and when I tried to ask for assistance...

The hubs and I have traveled through Mexico and Central America and our expectations are on point. When you order jello and get jello, there is no disappointment. However, do not believe the reviews of this hotel. This is no creme brûlée. The description provided does not meet what you actually get. No security, no wifi, no heater, no pool,...

My buddy and I needed to go to San Felipe on business and were dreading all the hotels since they all had terrible reviews. We arrived at 1:30pm. We were the only two souls in the resort. No one else within a 5 mile radius in site. We asked if we could check in early. All three front desk clerks...

My wife and I recently stayed here. The room were worn and very overpriced for what they had. Unlike every single other merchant in San Felipe we patronized, the staff was not particularly friendly nor accommodating. The pool was cold and filled with sand and the hot tub was the same. The facilities on their beach were old and beat...

My wife and I and another couple drove down to San Felipe to scout RV parks. We stayed two nights. What a dump. Believe the reviews. It is always a major hassle to go to Mexico and spend hours in a traffic jam to get back across the border, but to arrive at a typical Mexican garbage dump/town is always...

The hotel is clearly old, with maintenance being iffy. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows were akin to a brick. That aside, the location is magnificent. Right on the beach and convenient to an OXXO and the road to Puertocitos. If you're in town to veg and not party, this is a great spot.

It really makes you think the hotel or some rooms are right on the sand, that is not the case at all. The first row of rooms in any picture are owned villas that can be rented through the owners. The room are okay and have what they advertise and I would say this is the best hotel in San...

We stayed at the resort many years ago and wanted the same feeling. I LOVE the property so much. However, it is not what it was. The people are great, the workers are friendly, but the rooms need some TLC. I rented a suite with two rooms for $300.00 US dollars per night. It looks gorgeous but many issues inside....

Sink in bathroom does not drain. Water in shower is Luke warm at best. Shampoo dispenser is broken. Internet is the slowest I have ever experienced. Simple web pages take 10 to 15 minutes to load, if they load at all. Text emails (without attachment) take five minutes to send. Heater is extremely loud. And this is what it is...
