We stayed for 2 nights, with another couple (2 rooms). Our price was high coming in to Easter week ($100/night - usually $80) The room was clean and bright, had a coffee pot (no coffee). Bathroom with a large shower. Problems: the remote for the TV wouldn't work - switched the batteries, same problem, t was likely the positioning of...

We had lunch here twice and the food was excellent. The food was freshly made so took awhile but was worth the wait. Staff spoke some english and the menues had english translations. We had shrimp in garlic sauce one day and fish veracruz and chicken faitas another and both days we had fresh guagamole all was very delicious.

Located a half mile south of the downtown at 1073 Avenida Mar de Cortez, and one block from a white sand beach, the Hotel Costa Azul and the Win Club Casino, George’s Hotel (3-stars at best) is small, convenient, safe, clean, comfortable, with room rates based on demand, and frequently over-priced. During the weekend of the San Felipe Shrimp Festival...

We only had breakfast at George's, but it was really good. We tried the fried toutons with maple syrup, the French toast and the omelettes. Everything was delicious. We had great service and were sorry we didn't try it for dinner.

The entire staff was pleasant, clean and helpful. AC works well and pool area is small but nice. Restaurant is well run and has good food and hours! Grounds were well mantained. Parking in lot was limited.

George's Hotel is located just south of the Malecon. The room was clean and there was a nice pool and spa at the west end of the parking lot. My only complaint was that there was only two towels and no face clothes in the bathroom, hence the 4 stars. Otherwise, the shower had awesome pressure, a big plus in...

We found Georges because the El Cortez hotel was closed due the staff being on strike. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. There is a nice pool as well and parking was secure. The area was quiet and there is a good steak house right next door called El Nido. Pretty close to other restaurants and shopping.

We came here for dinner with about 8 people during the Baja 250 race. I don't even know where to start. Service was ok but the food was just bland and not good. My fish filet was mushy and tasteless. My vegetables were just as bad and cold. Everyone in our group agreed that we made a mistake coming here....
