The welcome was very good. The staff is good however, the room was extremely stuffy and small. The level of cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I liked the fact that they served breakfast though it was the same everyday. After my 3 week stay I was not impressed at all

Great stay as always. Great breakfast and clean rooms!! Great prices and I will continue to stay there if we need the room for the night. I will recommend this and other city express locations to all my friends and family. Excellent service at the front desk. Very professional!

The hotel it self it's average clean nothing bad to say about it. The only issue I have is that the parking lot is not that big so you need to check in early if your driving your personal vehicle because if you don't secure a parking spot in the front your going to have to park outside on the...

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. We had not planned on staying in Tijuana overnight. Going in and out of hotels to ask availability, this was the only one with a great price and zone area!!!

Checked in around 10pm. Front desk lady spoke no English whatsoever. I'm sorry, but even though your hotel is in Mexico, it's kind of essential that at least your front desk person speak English. Especially since this is a border town, and your hotel's name is in English! Plus she was incredibly slow and snarky. The room itself is okay...

Close to the airport and borderline, the hotel is a good option for staying in Tijuana. Staff is super kind and facilities are clean yet at a low rate, no luxuries may be expected. Breakfast is fairly good and theres a free shuttle to go to the airport. I will definitively stay here again!

Overall the hotel is great, great breakfast and clean rooms. But this last time I stayed I found a used soap in the shower, the toilet was clogged had to have one their porters come to the room twice to unclog. I also think that it's time for them to change the mattresses.

We stayed there over one quiet Sunday-Monday night. The room appeared to be relatively small, but with almost all necessaties (no shampoo and face towels though) and very clean. Next to the lobby a machine with a hot water and coffee is available 24 hours per day, the working microwave oven is helpful too. The breakfasts are allright (please, try...
