I stayed in this hotel a couple of months ago, i was very disappointed, rude staff, the place didn't have a corkscrew for a bottle of wine a purchase, don't be fooled by their overwhelming advertisement in TJ, look into "hotel real del rio" down the street, much cheaper, better staff, and rooms! ps, i'm guess-estimating on month i stayed... This hotel has everything we needed. The location is great, the price moderate, it's CLEAN, new, the beds won't seem like much but they're comfy.! And you can always ask for extra pillows and blankets.. And the complimentary breakfast is a plus.. We always stay here when we need to. Este hotel Es una muy buena opción, está bien ubicado,... We chose this hotel as a result of a over-booked flight on Aeromexico from Tijuana to Mexico City. As we were standby, the airlines was not obligated to put us up overnight. We paid about $65 (about $10-15 over the cost for pre-booked hotel rooms of equal or better quality elsewhere in the Zona Rio section of Tijuana) for a... More

The brand name should mean quality and service, yet this hotel lacks both. The front desk was understaffed and the employees behind it just didn't give a damn about the clients trying to check in. They kept me in line for over 20 minutes, for no good reason, as one was arguing with a client and the other ruffling through... More

Hotel que no corresponde al precio y pésimo servicio. Un hotel de 2 estrellas en general. No tuve agua caliente y había una fuga en mi habitación. Agua tibia, check in siempre tardado y sin suficiente personal. Poco amables y poco servicio al cliente. Habitaciones en mal estado general. Too expensive for the poor costumer service they give. No hot... More

I stayed for one night and as a foreign traveler to Mexico I found this place as unwelcoming. First of all when you walk in the whole first floor reception area was under construction. There also was a langage barrier. The room was really small but I didn't care it was just me. I'm not sure if it's a Mexico... More

We were in TJ to visit some family and needed a place to sleep basically. This hotel is awesome for that. Don't expect anything fancy, just a bed, small TV and its clean. Location is awesome, close to the Plaza Rio Mall, restaurants, bars and trendy Paseo de los Heroes street. Walking distance to all of these, and a 5... More

If you are going to show up and pay in cash make sure you pay in Pesos since the City Express exchange rate is bad. The room was fine and everything worked fine except the WIFI. I wouldn't say this is the best family friendly hotel. I would say it is a great hotel if you are in a business trip or something similar. The room was clean and within walking distance of the Plaza Rio. It has a parking garage close by with underground facilities. The price was reasonable for what was obtained.
