My wife was having surgery and the facility put us up in this hotel. The food was amazing at the Restaurant, the staff was excellent, and the beds were comfortable.. I would stay here again, the only down side is it takes a long wait to get the card for the casino slots..

Stayed at this hotel for one night while in Tijuana. There is really nothing wrong with tinny I would probably call it average at best. The casino inside has a smoking section and the smell of stale smoke is throughout the lobby and rooms. Personally I hate the smell of cigarette smoke so I may be more sensitive to it...

This hotel is nice...but its not the best. The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable and the wi-fi isn't great. The elevator needs to be serviced because it was not working properly. Overall its just a average hotel, but it looks fancy when you first walk in. It could also use more lights because its very dark.

I speak no Spanish, but everybody from the Check-in Clerk, to the Waiters to the Shuttle driver were very accommodating and friendly and they spoke good English. There is local 24 hour visible security which added to feeling safe. My room was very clean, the food in the restaurant was excellent (They even provided me with an English menu). The...

The hotel was nice overall. The casino added a nice touch to it and the overall staff were friendly and efficient. However for some reason the bathroom smelled like sewage and the shower was clogged which took points away from what I would have given a 9/10. So yea, it's a 7/10 in my book.

Just stayed in this hotel for night during our stay in Tijuana. Rooms were spacious and clean. can't expect any good views. Staff were friendly but barely anyone could speak good English. Food was awesome. Just beware with breakfast though because they only offer a basic continental breakfast but when you get in to their dining lounge you will see...
