The hotel is basic, not the best shape in furniture in the room, but it's location is good, there are good restaurants nearby, if you don't have a better option take this one., The room I took has refrigerator, a small kitchen, microwave, etc.

Room full of flies did nothing to fix the issue. Had two night reservation ended up leaving the first day. Hotel would not refund the second day even though room was not livable. Had reservations for the $35 dollar room but they had gave away my room and had to settle for the $55 room full of flies.

The front desk was very helpful upon check in. We did not have a reservation and do not speak Spanish. They let me inspect a room before paying ($31 for 2 people )and it seemed clean but dated. I brought Lysol wipes to clean surfaces and they did not turn brown from dirt. I bet it was a high class...

The staff is as bad as the hotel, Unprofessional and not qualified to run lemonade stand. DO NOT STAY HERE! Garbage, dirty, nasty, filthy, ronchi. You might better off...

This was the worst place to stay at. We first are given a room with no AC. We ask for a fan three times and never get one. We then transfer to another room that we reserved for my mother in law. We check the sheets and they have blood stains. We ask for new sheets and they said they...

This hotel is infested with roaches, lots of noise at night, nothing works inside , elevators never work and we had things stolen from our car. They never respect the rate that they promise for the second night. I will not recommend this hotel!

This hotel is in a great location in Tijuana's zona rio district. The hotel fiesta Tijuana is actually pretty nice on the inside in terms of the lobby and atrium. In fact, the photos are accurate and it has great common areas. We also had an amazing bellhop that helped us find everything in the room. That's where the good...
