Nice place to stay if visiting the UNESCO World Heritage site at Pacquime or Mata Ortiz. The rooms were clean and comfortable although like mentioned in other reviews the pillows were very hard. The restaurant food was nothing special but it was good especially considering the costs in US dollars. We ate dinner for 4 with multiple rounds of drinks...

The room was OK if a little dusty - but we understand that it is an extremely windy area. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were rather hard. The shower room was old fashioned but there was plenty of hot water and clean which are the main things. The grounds were well kept and clean and there is...

Hotel is more typical of American hotels than Mexican (though room furniture is still somewhat different and the toilet flush worked via holes along the rim!). Free Wifi in rooms. Pool and restaurant on site. Our package included a full hot breakfast. Room fixtures were in ok condition. Hotel is ~5m from Unesco World Heritage archaeological site.

If you happen to find yourself in Nueva Casas Grande, Chihuahua, you will probably want to stay here. The grounds are large and it is well maintained. The pool is clean, the grass is green and mowed. The restaurant is pretty good, the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are straight out of the 70's but impeccably clean, although...

Rolled into the Hotel Hacienda with a tour group about 6:00 with rooms pre-assigned; a very efficient operation. The hotel is clean and well run. It is a two story complex built around a large plaza/garden/pool area, ideal for after tour relaxing. Tables and chairs were spotted along the exterior corridors providing a place for an afternoon refreshment or lazy...

We stayed here with a group tour en route to Mata Ortiz. It may be dated, but everything is immaculate. The restaurant offers a nice variety and very reasonable prices. From this location, you can safely walk around town (to the south). There don't seem to be many options for lodging in N. Casas Grande and the Hacienda is prefeclty...

This hotel is definitely showing its age but I enjoyed the large courtyard area. The food & drinks were good and they have a very nice jewelry shop on property w/ unique silver pieces I haven't seen anywhere else. I would stay here again.

Nuevo Casas Grandes is the nearest town of any size near the Paquime ruins, and the Hacienda is the largest hotel and probably your best bet for lodging in the area. Located at the north end of Nuevo Casas Grandes as you enter town, this late-1970’s vintage facility does show its age but is being kept up quite nicely. The...
