I used to stay at this hotel every other month about seven years ago for 2-3 years. I always enjoyed staying here and this last April I stayed again with my wife for three days. It is still an excellent hotel with courteous and helpful staff. Room was impecable hotel is in top condition. Parking deck is accessible using the...

Rooms are typical chain. Bed is very ample and comfy. However, service is regular. Towels were white years ago, now are clammy grey, really disgusting. Watch out, bar doesn't open on Sundays. The pool is really small and so cold it's unusable even on a hot sunny day. Toiletries are regular to poor. Habitaciones muy cómodas y silenciosas. Sin embargo...

This was my first ever visit to Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico - as I have a friend who lives there and invited me to hang out and be my 'tour guide' for four memorable days. I arrived into Monterrey flying on Aeromexico nonstop from Tijuana, B.C. Mexico (Please read my review of CBX Border Bridge below) and my friend 'Luis'...

We stayed at the hotel last weekend, and we liked it so much! everything was so clean and comfortable... the check in and check out smooth and easy. It's located in an excellent zone of mty with shopping centers and restaurants nearby. I recommend it for work or pleasure travels to monterrey. (I found a better price booking thru hoteles.com)

As non Spanish speakers we were very pleased with the level of support and assistance. Rooms were fine. Hotel isn't easy to get to - but that seems to be the norm in that part of Monterrey. We had three rooms and all of us were very pleased.

Clean hotel, staff friendly, I asked for a small fridge and was provided with a unit. Parking garage. Good location. The only negative experience that no one helps you with your luggage, the rooms are clean and very comfortable.

If you need a place to sleep, this hotel is OK. It has a good location regarding restaurant options BUT it is also close to the TRAIN track and the TRAIN passes by very late at night tooting its horn, this makes it tough to stay asleep but I guess the hotel can't do much about this. Rooms are clean,...

The hotel is a little outdated. The bad part is the old air conditioner which is really noisy. As the city is extremely hot during the summer the ac is always required but sleep with the noise is not good at all. Good bed and very good breakfast buffet.

staff is great. Hotel is inexpensive and a good location, however it's not really well suited for business if you plan to work in the room. Rooms are a bit dated, lacking good outlets, still old style bathrooms, and noisy AC. Probably time for some room reno. all that said, works for a quick stay.
