It's a big hotel, I read some reviews that said it is old but honestly it is well maintained. Of course it doesn't have the furnishing of a new hotel but it never bothered at me all. The personnel was always helpful, and everything was clean. Be prepared to spend money I also read some reviews that complained about the...

There was a time where the Princess Hotel in Acapulco was the most luxurious hotel in Mexico. Right now it's still a very good hotel but clearly has a lot of competition. The hotel is well-kept and the buildings look as beautiful as they did when they originally open years ago. The rooms are ample with good decor with nice...

I arrived early on a Thursday night, just minutes away from the airport I went to the Princess Mundo. Incredible property. Very well groomed and beautiful. I lost count of how many pools there were spread across this resort but each one was different, with waterfalls, slides and little caverns. The one constant was the service. The staff were extremely...

The hotel is an excellent place to spend your vacations. Rooms are perfectly clean and a beautiful place to be. What caught me was the skillful staff. One and every one of the personeel was friendly and helpful. Ik had een incident: When I came to Acapulco, my son was sick. He had stomach problems. The hotel has a 24...

I went on this trip with my family friend and I just wanted to say how amazing the service is here. Gabriela was our attendant/server at the beach and pool throughout our stay and she is so hard working and so sweet and accommodating. Everyone from the ladies in the spa and salon to everyone we spoke to on the...

That's a typical resort, a big one, hotel with several restaurants (some really good) and a bar, small shopping center, golf course, swimming pools, and the beach. Beautiful ocean view. Friendly staff, however, those who speak English are mostly receptionists. The latter, meaning the lack of English speaking people, is probably the biggest drawback, but one of the very few....

Definitely this is a place for families with children, the pools are very nice and in general the hotel is clean and comfortable. The furniture looks a little old and some details in the decoration are not very armonic with the style; maybe is something without importance but the elevator is iluminated with conventional lights which makes you feel like...

I stay maybe 60+ nights a year in hotels. I was so excited to finally stay at the Princess Mundo Imperial Hotel in Acapulco. The moment we started to unload the car they started to say NO. We had a cooler with sandwiches, fruit and soda. Can’t bring it to your room. The front desk person said we had to...
