It is very chill here. Definitely the place for couples and families. We have a family of 30 here and we love to go on adventures. The stone island tour is definitely a must, very fun for children and all ages!

My wife and I just returned from our stay at the Mayan Palace. Our first holiday in 20 years without the kids. The staff were amazing with the exception of the high pressure timeshare folks. We were pressured as soon as we signed in. I reluctantly agreed but went back the following morning and told them we weren't going. My...

The Mayan Palace Mazatlan was a very nice place to say for our first time in Mazatlan. The staff are fantastic. especially the Joy Squad with Rafael and his little sister Nidia. The bellboys were also really great especially Ricardo. They always greeted us by name and were always happy to see us. Everyone was genuinely friendly, helpful and always...

Our negative experiences consisted almost entirely of too much noise around the pool area during the day, and in extremely noisy wedding held on the grounds that lasted until midnight, that we had to complain about otherwise it would have lasted until one or 130 in the morning. The service in the main restaurant/dining room was haphazard at best, it...

We stayed at the Mayan Palace from March 11-18, 2017. We have been to rhe Mayan Palace in Playa del Carmen last year and really liked it so felt pretty certain we would like the one in Mazatlan. Our room was identical which was great! It was clean, spacious and comfortable! Ideal for us! We had a one bedroom suite...

Ana, Rafael, Pedro, Yoco Loco, Johnathon, Delise, Antonio, and all the other staff are the best I've ever had! Everyone is friendly, the activities are always fun! The resort is beautiful and the water is perfect in the pools and on the beach. I will make sure to come back as soon as I can!

We always have a great time when we visit Mazatlan, Mexico, the resorts and grounds are always beautiful and well manicured, the food is excellent and the resort staff is always outstanding. I would like to take this opportunity though to say that the Activities Department (Ana / Dalice / Nadia / Walter) of the Mayan Palace made our trip...

From the time we arrived to the time we left the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I registered a guest through RCI because he arrived 4hrs prior and was able exchange our suite for 2 single rooms overlooking the pool and ocean view. The resort exchanged booked suite without any additional costs. I would say that Ana and Rafael...

This is THE Mayan Palace to go to. It was the original Mayan Palace, and should be the Mandatory Location for training the staff of the other Locations. When riding up to the Mayan in the Cab, I remarked to my wife that I was already getting upset because I knew all the hassle we get at the Mayans. We...
