We just got back from a week in Mazatlan, staying at the Costa De Oro. This hotel/condo was a wonderful place to stay. The buildings were in keeping with the feel of Mexico and the pool was really nice. Everyone was so friendly there and the Miami Vice drinks by the pool, that Pancho served, were very good. Maid service...

Costa de Oro Beach Hotel is an older hotel with lots of Mexican charm. The pool and grounds are impeccably maintained. The entrance off of the street is rather unimpressive yet a gated circular driveway relates back to an earlier majestic time. Check in was quick and easy. You are given pool towel cards, room keys, and you can have...

I've stayed at the Costa de Oro 9 times and loved every one of my stays. The staff here is Awesome! Happy hours are great too, 1pm at the pool and 6pm in Adobe's bar. There are good restaurants close by too if you want to go else where for a meal. Gus Gus, Marys, Social, F.I.S.H., and El Chilito...

I stayed their a week to mucho people during the summer. The Hotel is old and they don't maintain it well the a/c worked but the temperature thermostat didn't work so we would freeze and if you turn it off it will be so hot and suffocated. I would not stay there again.

This was an RCI exchange, we've stayed here before (about 15 years ago) and it was acceptable, but in comparison to many of the other resorts in the Zona Dorada, it leaves a lot to be desired. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but room service was inconsistent. (one day there might be a bath mat, another day no, same...

Not very amenities. But prides itself on being one of the competitive hotels in the area ? Nice beach but is desperate need of a makeover. I visited this hotel 8 years ago and it is exactly the same way. IMPROVE!

We booked 2 weeks here for our honeymoon and loved it! We were there for Mexican Holy Week and Mazatlans Bike week so there was always lots of great entertainment on the beach as well as in the streets! We had an ocean front studio suite with full kitchen. We fell asleep listening to the waves crash right under our...

We stayed here on April 17 to the 18th and we were very pleased. We originally reserved for two double rooms and when we arrived they offered a master suite with two rooms, kitchen and a living room. It's definitely not a new hotel but the price is very reasonable, We paid 4,400 pesos for 2 nights which was very...

My kids and I had such a fun holiday at the Costa de Oro. We are seasoned travellers and don't go for fancy- we like authentic travel experiences and we loved the Costa de Oro! The staff were helpful, friendly and kind and we were surrounded by the fun and laughter of Mexican families vacationing during there "Spring Break". We...
