Joined my 2 dear friends for another fantastic stay at Torres Mazatlan. Since this was my 2nd time at TM, I was a little bit curious if perhaps it was just the "first time" thing that made it so special 3 years ago. Not at all...in fact...this visit was even better and the "welcome home" effect was even more appropriate....

This was our first trip to Torres Mazatlan. My husband was unable to make the trip, so it was just us girls for the week. The employees were very welcoming and made us feel at home. The room was recently remodeled and very pretty. Any questions we had were promptly addressed - ex. When we couldn't figure out how to...

As a first timer to Torres Mazatlan, I was very impressed with the level of service, and friendliness from the staff. I witnessed many returning guests who seem to know individual staff members on a personal basis. We had a 1 bedroom family condo, and it was huge. Very clean, well laid out. Beds were quite comfortable. You get service...

My wife and I came down with friends that had a time share, so we were first timers. Let me just tell you, the staff couldn't have been nicer!!! They treat everyone with the utmost kindness/respect, whether you've been coming down there for 27 years or for the first time. We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone from the bellhop, receptionist,...

I, my wife, my brother and his wife stayed in a 2 bedroom condo from Oct. 15th - 22nd. It had been 20 years since any of us had been to Mazatlán and never to the Torres. It was a very nice place to spend a week and there was more room and comfort in our condo than any of...

The staff is amazing. The crowd is geriatric and the rooms have not been renovated since the early 80's. There is no music by the pool or in the dining areas? The food is good and the price is right however, there is not a whole lot going on in Mazatlan. It is a tourist trap without a lot of...

Have had lunch here a number of times. They have a very attractive restaurant very close to the beach. You can often get tables with a nice view of the ocean. Every day at lunch is 2-for-1 happy hour as well. There is a nice lunch menu with a variety of sandwiches, salads and all types of main dishes.

We stayed on the 2nd floor in building B in a newly renovated room. It was huge and very clean. You could even see the ocean. Very spacious! The convenient store has almost everything you could need at a great price we didn't even need to go to Walmart like we were thinking. Activity planner on site along with a...
