Stay at your own risk! The phone in the 'apartment' we rented only called the front desk. There is no room internet. When the housekeeper takes the dirty towels, you don't get clean towels until those same towels are washed and dried. There was a 6-7 inch lizard in our bathroom that welcomed me one morning just after I woke...

Just spent 2 weeks at the Marina Del Rey. The great part is that the suites are huge and the beach is wonderful, not too many vendors to bother you! There are also some great people working there like Michael, Rosario and Manual...however that is pretty much where it ends. The room was very dirty when we arrived and we...

We are "owners" (I say this very lightly) at MDR. We have been for 9 years. We can no longer book our unit due to the fact that several of the units are now owner occupied year round, and the other units are sold as nightly hotel rooms. The staff WILL NOT assist you with anything. Do not give them...

We had to leave our lights on in the room so the cockroaches wouldn't swarm us. It may be that there was a family living in the room next to ours that couldn't be fumigated when the exterminators came. Also every room has a transformer so it buzzed all night long, which, made it impossible to sleep. The restaurant was...

We managed to secure two rooms, one bedroom and a suite. More room than we needed. Everyone at the hotel was friendly. Check-in/ check out were a breeze. Hotel has a nice beach, small heated pool, buses stop about every 5-15 minutes. Easy access to restaurants. Not in the golden zone, but north of Marina. There is a lot of...

I am an owner of this resort. The place is good. Wevonly stayed one time. The problem is, as an owner, they are not letting us use this resort at all. We own it but cannot use it. Does this feel strange to you? yes. That is why I am writing this review. If you go on the holiday time...

Outward appearance very nice, clean and well kept. Rooms spacious and airy but the beds were as hard as a rock. Extremely uncomfortable and ruined an otherwise good experience. Staff friendly and helpful but just couldn't overcome the lack of sleep from the terrible mattresses. RCI catalog says restaurant on site. Location staff says no restaurant in quite a while....

This hotel is the best kept secret in Mazatlan. The service is excellent. People will do all they can to assist you. The rooms are very large, CLEAN and comfortable. Plenty of hot water. There are 2 pools here and another great hot pool next door that is owned by the same owners. There is a coffee shop here and...
