What does this mean really? They say Tip & tax is included but you always receive a receipt after each meal with the total purchase not separating out tip or tax. AND it also says if you feel you received exceptional service please feel free...More

We specifically come to Mazatlan because it is still a Mexican destination that feels like Mexico, not like Cancun or Cabo that really seem to be over-run by tourists. PBEB is not in the "golden zone" it's north of all those souvenir shops and tequila...More

This resort is really pretty. The pools were nice. The beach goes on for miles. The food was great. The shuttles into town run frequently, so we could come and go as often as we wanted. The service was spectacular.

Yes, at the adult pool for sure, and usually around the others at various times during the day. The chairs at the large pool do seem "reserved" by 10 or so, but there are always a few still available.

The Bistro (menu) and LaCordilere (buffet) are both casual. We like "dressy" casual...to include nice shorts & T-shirts or collared shirts and capris, skirts and sandals.
