The Inn was delightful. Friendly staff, clean facilities, safe environment and very reasonable. The food was delicious and the water filtered. The pools were clean and a true welcomed luxury. The bell hops are extremely helpful and a pleasure to be greeted by each day.

Checked into this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the lovely layout of the one bedroom suite. The suite had two full bathrooms with a big ensuite bathroom and an additional full bath off the living space. It had a well equipped kitchen with everything you need including paper towel and dish soap. I have stayed at other places where...

We are checking out today after a weeks stay. Normally we probably would give a 4 star review. Unfortunately we had a nice stay ruined by a pushy and dishonest employee pushing their time share program ( Theresa was her name). We normally avoid going to time share presentations because we do you not like to waste our time, and...

This was a great place to stay in the golden zone. A bit dated from some others but most of them are in the middle of the golden zone Newer resorts are being built or have been recently farther out are are beautiful but you lack the convenience of being in the middle of the zone for restaurants and shops...

We spent Thanksgiving in Mazatlan this past year. We love The Inn, but this time while we're there, there was way too much music from bands on the beach. It was noisy all day and night. You couldn't even hear the ocean. We miss the ambiance from the ocean, that created that relaxing atmosphere. The Inn has so much to...

Dear Ellen C. Thank you for taking the time to comment. We are very pleased to read that you enjoyed our hotel and our excellent service. Unfortunately the hotel is not responsible for the music on the beach. Our beach area is a federal area open for anyone. And the situation with the noise on the beach is more common...

The section I stayed in was the older part, but they are in process of getting rid of that area as they expand with taller new towers. My stay was good, plenty of room for one. Water temperature always good for my shower. The air conditioner was old, it worked but either ran continuously or was off. The pool was...
