This was our first visit to Mazatlan. We stayed at the Inn on the week of Columbus Day. We got a room on the 11th floor of the tower and the views were amazing! We enjoyed some spectacular sunrises and sunsets from our room. The hotel is well-kept and staff are friendly. Papagayo is the only restaurant at the Inn....

Dear zeesta It is a great pleasure to receive such a complete and honest review of your recent stay at our resort, especially since this was your first and hopefully of many more visits to the The Inn; we are glad you enjoyed your accommodations and the great views you had on the higher floors which by the way are...

The Inn at Mazatlán is comfortable and the views from the room over the ocean are lovely. We enjoyed using the pool and ate in the restaurant a couple of times. Sadly we could not access the beach from the hotel due to recent damage caused by the hurricane. We had a relaxing time while in the hotel but the...

Dear Cath M Definitely our resort felt part of the storms during the hurricane season that made us reinforce the safety of our guest by restraining the beach access caused by the high tides and strong currents, but our pools, restaurant, rooms and the rest of our facilities were operating normally for our guest comfort; we are located on a...

My husband & I and our young adult daughter spent 5 nights in September at the Inn at Mazatlan and had a great stay. The hotel is very nice; the entire property is well kept and lovely. We arrived just after Odile and the sea wall is heavily damaged yet we had a fun time in our party of 18...

I had a great time staying at the inn at Mazatlan. The grounds were impeccably maintained. The restaurant was excellent as was the service and the concierge did a great job of making recommendations. I really enjoyed exploring the city and found the location to be quite good.

We bought a timeshare at The Inn years ago and always looked forward to our Spring visits. The location is still perfect, but The Inn has sadly gone so far downhill the last several years we felt the need to comment. Their website says The Inn provides a ‘luxurious resort backdrop.’ Don’t believe it. The Inn has the hardest beds...

Hotel needs renovations. It 's maybe a two stars hotel under international standards. Pool is dirty, furniture is old, beach is also dirty.
