This hotel is right at the beginning of the Malecon. Best location in town. The staff are all very friendly and most have been there for years. Room rate includes a breakfast. The morning we were there it consisted of beans, scrambled eggs mixed with chorizo, coffee, juice and toast. They also have a breakfast buffet with more choices but...

Prefer romance area, that said this is a lovely well maintained older property. The pool area is in a nice part of the beach, situated on the Malecon which by foot connects the downtown to old town the walk that hugs the water and all one needs in easy walk. I have been greeted by those fresh off the airplane--one...

I have been staying at the Rosita at the beginning and end of my vacations in Puerto Vallarta for about 14 years now. The Rosita is a great place to stay and enjoy some real Mexican ambience. It is on the North end of the Malecon, so is close to everything happening in downtown and easy access via the Malecon...

My wife and have been to PV countless times, on one such occasion we decided to stay at the Rosita. We had an ocean view room with a breathtaking view, the sunsets are unbelievable. When you consider the age and historical significance of the Hotel Rosita it is a must stay destination. Restaurants, shopping and clubs are within walking distance.

If your traveling to Puerto Vallarta and are looking for a hotel that is NOT all inclusive, this is the one! The Rosita hotel is situated on the ocean, right where the malecon or (boardwalk) begins. The location is absolutely perfect, especially if you like to venture out in the evenings to take a stroll along the malecon. If your...

We enjoyed our stay with the Rosita. My only complaint is that there is no kitchen and they really need to upgrade the beds.. The staff was very accommodating with the exception of the lady that checked us in of whom we found to be quite rude but we all have a bad day now and then.. The food I'd...

We have been staying at the Rosita for many years now and always come back at least once a year. You cant beat the location at the beginning of the Malacon. The rooms are basic and clean. The employees have always been great. The breakfast has changed and leaves a bit to be desired but you can always order off...

I arrived from San Francisco on Alaska Air and went directly to the hotel Checkin was very efficient. Bellman took my bags up to room 130.. view of the sea. this not a suite room. It might have been superior.. I found the service to be quite okay. I found waiters in the restaurant who had been in U.S.A. and...

We stayed at Hotel Rosita for 12 nights during Christmas and New Years with a large group of friends. There are really no bells and whistles here, but you get what you pay for. The staff were VERY accommodating. After staying for 12 nights, they got to know you and were very personable and always willing to help. If you...

A very good way to spend last few night in PV before flying home, is to stay at Rosita hotel! It is right in the beach, close to all for day and evening fun, great staff, with English speaking at the front desk! And most of all clean and well priced! Even meals if you want them. And breaky was...
