They provide you with 2 bottles of water. There are clean water refill stations located on every floor to refill those bottles.
I brush my teeth with water from the tap, no problems ever.

They have a variety of drink, there was even Captain Morgan Spiced so there is a little variety. Each resort has there own times for breakfast, dinner and supper which they provide a pamphlet with the times and speciality restaurants which are usually three per each resort do require reservations ahead of time, I however, have tried speciality restaurants when I travel. The Vamar Vallarta has a restaurant by the water way canel where boats go up through and even some fish in the water, there's a fast food restaurant on the other side of the resort which also includes a small bar and pool area.
