We stayed 8 nights in this darling boutique hotel high above the city and the beautiful Banderas Bay. We started in a junior suite and then moved up to the honeymoon suite for a couple of nights. The honeymoon suite has very high end stone finishes throughout the bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Very roomy with stunning views in every direction!...

This is my second time at this restaurant and a place I will continue to come. As you approach the restaurant up a flight of stairs, you hear music playing calmly in the background. It feels peaceful after the hustle and bustle of PV. When you arrive at the top you are taken aback by the stunning expansive view of...

We went for dinner only. We had reserved a view table where we could watch the sun set over PV, on arrival we were not disappointed and were seated at the railing with the most fantastic view of PV and the bay possible. as for the food I had the seafood platter and for the measly sum of $2US upgraded...

Perched high above the romantic zone of PV, this immense boutique (oxymoron for sure) hotel and restaurant is an interesting mix of good and questionable. Our group of four arrived by foot in the dark for dinner. We found our way up the steep, windy road, through the car park and then up the further steep stairs to the restaurant....

We have stayed at Casa Isabel a few times now! Every time my wife and I come down to PV, we try to get a room at Casa Isabel. It is usually pretty popular, but I feel we were very lucky to get 2 nights this trip. It just keeps getting better and better each year we come back! The...

We have visited Puerto Vallarta on many occasions and have tried many restaurants. Case Isabel was the most expensive meal we have ever had and hands down the worst meal. The only positive thing I can say about our experience is that the view is exceptional. There were four of us at dinner - and not one of us had...

We walked up to Casa Isabel and it looked really nice. We walked into the restaurant area and met Hector who seated us so that we had a fantastic table. We found out that it was happy hour so drinks were two for one. My wife and I ordered the marguerites. I asked Hector about the BBQ ribs and he...

We had a very nice dinner at Casa Isabel. Started with the octopus appetizer, which was good, salad (large portion and super fresh. We both had shrimp for entrees which were very nicely plated and good. Ended with table side Mexican Coffees. The view of Puerto Vallarta is amazing from this restaurant which is atop hotel of the same name....

We had our farewell dinner here, party of 11. It was outstanding. The location is unique. The property itself is unique. The service is 5 star all the way. The setting is wonderful - heavenly. The menu is well done. The food presentation is excellent. We shared the Ceaser Salad, and the Rib Eye Steak. Excellent. We had a bottle...

From the moment you walk into the open air resturant our host Karl greeted us with friendliness and charm. He came by several times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The view really is spectacular. It is the place to go at sunset to truly appreciate the location at the top of a hill in the Romantic Zone. My...
