We both like to travel and experience the cultural benefits of the countries we visit. We were not disappointed with our stay at this family run hotel in central Zihuatanajo. The hotel is situated close to great restaurants and shopping, you can also stop for a cold cerveza on every corner in the plaza. Beaches galore! This is a small... More

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is located on a pedestrian street filled with restaurants, bars, art galleries and the beach is nearby. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean with large rooms and air conditioning. I opted for a street front room with a balcony. It is great for people watching, but if you want complete quiet at... We just happened to find this hotel while walking our favorite part of downtown Zihua, the centro with NO cars! It is right on a cool walking street with restaurants, shops, and bars right there. Esmeralda was super friendly and helpful. If anything was wrong it was corrected almost immediately. My wife is very particular about cleanliness and this place... More

Hotel is in a great area of the City near the pier, cafes, bars, and shops. The Hotel is small and very secure on a street that is closed to auto traffic. The hotel is maintained to new conditions and is kept spotless clean. Due to the cafes and bars there is a higher level of noise for the balcony... More

My wife and I spent our last night in Zihuatenajo at Casa Celeste. It is located in the center of the town just a short walk from the beach. Outside the hotel, Zihuatenajo is bustling with bars, restaurants, and lots of shopping, but inside, because of the way the hotel is situated, it is peaceful and quiet. We stayed on... More

Price was right and staff was great and accommodating. If you are light sleeper it may not be the place for you. I again loved it and had no problems with sleep. Great places to eat, drink and shop all near by, within a very short walk. We spend a week there and our friends spent a week and a... More

We had stayed at the hotel a couple of years but because of the noise from a bar down the street at 4am we had to find another hotel for a couple of nights before and after our time at our timeshare. Had heard the noise was not as bad as before- it was noisy but not like it had... More

Casa Celeste is perfect in every regard except possibly location. During the day its wonderful but at night unfortunately it's at the heart of party central. Possibly the festivities were more than usual as it was Christmas week. I don't know. But if you're there for the bars, clubs, zocalo, etc. it couldn't be more convenient. I did enjoy this... More

Stayed for about 10 days in March, 2013 and loved it. Went with my 79 year old mother who ended up getting sick. Max was extremely helpful in locating a doctor, translating, and getting us to the hospital. I've never seen anything like it. Bar noise wasn't a bother to me as I just joined in the festivities. Couldn't ask... More
