We have been to this restaurant a few times and each time the experience is perfection. The service is impeccable, the food from the appies to the main course and the exceptional coffee were delicious and well presented, the view is fantastic and the restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful. We arrived in time to see the sunset and the staff...

Great dinner. Great crowd My kind of people. But waiting 1/2 hour for a glass of water? I know this is Mexico where people are not in a hurry , and they are right. But anywhere on earth, even in restaurants 10 times cheaper, if it is hot, and they know it, you get some water, which they sell anyway,...

Dear Muxumuxu, We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience at our Mar y Cielo restaurant. You have a point about waiting so long for water. I apologize. After your comment we decided to serve water and our “botana” right after our guests are seated. You helped us to improve. My regards Ana Maria Frias Director

My husband and I spent three nights at La Casa Que Canta to find some sun and relaxation in Mexico. The accommodations and staff at La Casa Que Canta could not have been nicer and their service standards were excellent. This small boutique hotel was perfect for a seaside getaway, as it featured beautiful vistas and a local artisan motif....

This is our 3rd time to stay at this unique and extraordinary Villa and it will definitely not be our last. From the moment you arrive and are greeted behind the private gate, you feel safe and secure. The staff is personable and accommodating and they are always there to help you with anything you could ever need or want....

My wife and I just returned from five days in Zihuatanejo. We stayed at La Casa Que Canta and it was simply wonderful. In fact, it could not have been any better. This marvelous hotel is the best hotel I have ever experienced. The staff was beyond exceptional. The property is a boutique hotel, only twenty-five suites so it feels...

Over the past forty years we have stayed in many places in Mexico. This year our good friends suggested we try this hotel as it is their favorite. We will never, and I mean never stay at another hotel in Mexico after being here. Zihuatanejo is beautiful, the weather is perfect, the beaches are pristine, the water is warm and...

What we were looking for:
A relaxing & comfortable boutique hotel, in town. Not a mega resort. Adult oriented.

 General location:
La Casa Que Canta is on the Northern tip of La Ropa Beach facing west. It is perched above rocks. There technically is no beachfront, but that is totally fine. If you want to go to the beach, La...

We returned here for New Years Eve with friends because it was a really romantic experience on a previous visit. It was outrageously expensive ($1800 MX$ per person). Dear Florence R Thank you for providing us with your feedback regarding your dinner at our restaurant “Mar y Cielo”.
