My 15 year old daughter and I stayed at the Hotel Irma from March 13-20, 2016. The Hotel is quaint and all the staff were exceptionally friendly. Our room was clean and we had an awesome ocean view. We had a choice when booking the hotel to include breakfast which we did. No regrets. Every morning we had a wonderful,...

Just got back from a two week stay at the Irma. We were first put in a room that wasn't really ocean view, but my main concern was that there was no privacy as the sliding glass door opened to a sun deck that was used by many other rooms. So essentially we couldn't open our curtains while in the...

We loved the hotel. We had a gorgeous ocean view and a lovely breakfast which was included. We loved Pedro who was there for both dinner and breakfast service during our stay. Our preference is Playa La Ropa vs. Madera just below the hotel...so that is a tiny bit of a walk, but no big deal. Lovely hotel, reasonably priced,...

Basic clean accommodation with a 5 star view. Staff were very accommodating especially Isis at the desk who was a tireless advocate for all guests. Went well beyond the call of duty. Great pool and happy hour drinks. Try out a massage with Amelia or Reina. My wife is a massage therapist in Canada and she was very impressed.

From the moment I contacted Hotel Irma everyone was most helpful. Claudia was wonderful throughout the process of booking all 12 rooms for me. The rooms were nice, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. You didn't want for anything because the staff was right there taking care of your needs. Since the Lions Club and Rotary Club came...

My husband and I went for 8 days to this hotel. The staff was really very nice and it was situated on one of the nicest beaches with flat sand and bath water water. The sunsets were amazing and the location was great as we could walk down the hill to town in short order and enjoy some meals along...

We stayed at Hotel Irma for 7 days- based a recommendation. We were not disappointed with the location. It is a very easy 8-10mins walk to the 'city' of Zihua. The view from the hotel balcony/ restaurant/ pool area is fantastic- you are overlooking Playa Madera. The hotel did have spotty WiFi (but it was free- so no complaints). The...

Nice little hotel. Clean. Friendly staff. Very good location. Not a fancy resort. Breakfasts were very good. Close to La Ropa beach, restaurants and Centro. If you difficulty walking this is not the place for you as there is a steep climb for the last block when returning from the town. Amazing view...one of the best in Mexico!

This is a really cool little hotel that offers a great breakfast. If you don't have the breakfast plan there are lots of places near by. Lots of stairs to the beach. Huge rooms and clean. Beautiful view. Not the best if you have any mobility issues but you can get in some good exercise, close to the marina and...

Great hotel, short ride from airport and taxi drivers are good people. Staff at hotel is pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast included is a real plus. Ocean view room is spectacular. Many many steps to room - if you are not in shape, this could be a problem. Have a massage every day. Very reasonable price - skilled professionals. Don't...
