While this hotel may seem interesting on the outside, beware of what it is like to stay. For the price you pay, it is almost expected, but the experience at this hotel was very poor. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, the sheets smell of old basement, and the towels are old and raggedy. The bathrooms are old and run down...

Stay here with a group and everything was handled well. Rooms are basic and clean with minimal amenities. Only one small elevator, which can be a challenge if your room is on the top floor. Pool is nice, but not much lounging area, and most of the lounge chairs were broken. Nice breakfast buffet, bad coffee. Big plus is it...

Good services, nice breakfast buffet, no noisy, and great family atmosphere. However, the wifi was not working on our room. Room 318 (in case you need wifi request other room). We utilized the lobby for wifi usage. Pretty close to downtown historic center and right in front of taxi services

We stayed in GDL for a whole month! Snowbirds. Got a great rate at this hotel. We were located right by the elevator so it made coming and going easier. We got a great value on this hotel so why stay? Since it is centrally located we essentially walk to the markets like San Juan de Dios, and to the...

Santiago sufficed for a quick one night stay but I wouldn't want to stay much longer! Common areas are nice, as is roof top seating and pool, but rooms are depressing. Low lit, damp smelling and an aged bathroom. The large tiled tub was in terrible condition as was the plumbing. I did purchase some pretty (likely overpriced) jewelry at...

Location of hotel is perfect, right in the center of things. Lots of attractions within 3 kilometers. Many food choices as well. Got a nice rate via a web reservation - a rate which included breakfast daily. The breakfast was amazing, cook to order eggs, many hot meat choices, fresh juices, coffee/tea, excellent service from the staff. All staff of...

This place is right in the middle of downtown Guadalajara near the Cathedral. Once we checked in the room was quite dirty and old looking. Needless to say, we were not impressed. However, we complained to the front desk and they sent the maid up to clean the room or offered to switch us to a different room. Aside from...

The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to everything but those beds are the worst. Four night of not sleeping. Wake up every day with back pain. For this reason I will never stay here again.

This hotel is situated in an ideal location facing a busy well used square where daily life goes on and on. The hotel is aging, old and old fashioned. It's what must be described as colonial. Just what we expected it to be from the descriptions. Our room had two double beds, a julien window facing the inner courtyard, the...

Its cool place right in the busy heart of Guadalajara. Location is TOP! You are literary in the middle of the action. The rooms are a bit damp and dark, but not a big deal for me. The rooftop pool is dirty but didnt care about that either. I took a quick swim and spent some time on the rooftop...
