The room me and my boyfriend were staying at was relatively clean. Although we both thought the bed was awfully hard and the bathroom had a peculiar smell. Well, nothing we couldnt tolerate. The problem started at night when the rain came. The roof had a massive leak! And all our stuff was on the floor, wet! Including shoes. I...

I spent in Puerta del Sol 5 days for business. The place is good for families, since it has a good swimming pool in its park besides the appartments. Rooms are very basics but are large and the service is good. Also the personnel at the reception is very kindly and helpful. The breakfast is not amazing like in such...

Only stayed one night but enjoyed the quiet peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff. It was nice too, that since I know almost no Spanish that most of the staff spoke English. So great for tourist. Plus hotel is walking distance of a big outdoor mall as well as casino.

Stayed here on my first visit to Mexico from India, and the stay was extremely pleasant, in spite of my lack of understanding of Spanish. The staff is very polite and extremely helpful, the rooms are clean, well maintained and well stocked, and the ambiance is pleasing. The restaurant too is quite good, and even though it got difficult to...

For not much more than the price of a hostel you get full a service (I don't remember the last time I ordered room service but it was so affordable!), very clean, safe, and an amazing staff! Rooms are simple yet tasteful, and yes, a bit small. 4 stars? maybe not but my overall experience was far beyond my expectations....

decent rooms and nice pool-garden area though we never used it. A bit far from the areas we wanted to go but close to the convention area if you go for one. Thought it was a bit high for what it was but not too bad.

This 4 star hotel is not at all 4 stars. The garden is lovely with well kept pool... Outside it is all nice but the rooms are tiny and uncomfortable. The rooms have NO fridge so if you want to keep some cool drinks you cannot do it. The tv is placed on top of a wardrobe, which makes it...
