Had a very good experience at this hotel . staff in every department is very helpful and try their best to accommodate your needs . Central location make it accessible from every where to downtown centro with bus station is 200 feet away from Hotel . Every famous attraction is walk away from this hotel . Comfort level is 5...

We stayed here for a couple of nights and absolutely loved it! The staff were extremely helpful despite the language barrier. The front desk and concierge were able to speak English quite well which made things a lot easier, and all the other staff gave it their best shot. The Hotel organized a trip for us to the Tequila region...

Five star service . Very friendly staff and nice rooms . Every body from Bell boys to beautiful ladies at front office are very co-operating and ready to accommodate . I felt like I was in an "antonio banderas movie" beautiful hotel, rooms, patio...perfect! The staff was really nice and the food is good! Good wifi! I will def go back to this hotel when I come to GDL :-)

This hotel is a gem. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends. It is clean and the staff is very friendly. The restraunts is very inexpensive and the food is good. Loved Hotel Morales...beautiful colonial building filled with charm and character, lovely courtyards to read your book in the morning with a coffee. Excellent value and great location, the neighborhood was lively and felt safe even late at night. Wifi worked great, pool and gym were nice, staff were helpful. Good dining options nearby, loved the juice place across the street...

I wish they didn't charge for coffee filters needed to make coffee in the room (10 pesos after the 1st night). The wireless is virtually non-existent for the rooms on the first floor, so if Internet access is important to you, look into a room that gets a stronger signal. I would also skip the bland breakfast in the hotel...

We had memorable relaxing stay at the Morales Hotel. It was nicely updated - bathrooms, electrical outlets, nice large closets with lighting and mirrors inside. Free wifi with strong connection. The dining room had excellent food at affordable prices. I would definitely stay there again.
