The hotel staff was very kind and apologetic. The room key card became a nuisance, deactivating every other night. Beds are hard but oddly enough I woke up refreshed. Another advantage is the proximity to the hotel. But be careful crossing streets, it's not a pedestrian friendly area. In the evening you can hear others, walls are thin. So if...

It is a descent hotel. Room was big and clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was good and menu changed everyday. Only compliant is the door couldn't be unlocked using the card key. The hotel location is between Expo and Plaza del Sur. The pool is more like a jacuzzi.

Used the hotel for congress at Expo. Nice decent clean rooms, good helpful service. For the price we paid it was a great deal. I would be very happy to stay here any time. Thank you to all the staff who were wonderful.

nothing good about this place really, undedicated staff, completely unusable internet. uncomfortable beds, thin walls and very noisy. the restaurant is a joke serving some of the worst food i have ever had in Mexico, there are way better deals to be made in Guadalajara.

The hotel is in good condition. I got a good rate, so the price was right. The service at the restaurant was slow and the food was pricy and not as good. However, breakfasts were good. I wanted to swim, but some people who rented several rooms organized a business lunch near the pool in business casual apparel, so I...

A few things to know if you are a tourist staying here. First, there is a language barrier as the reception clerks spoke little or no english. Second, go look at your room before moving all of your stuff in. Our rooms were by the pool, which meant noisy screaming kids till 10 pm. The beds were comfortable and the...

I stayed there twice and is a great hotel, clean and safe, you have coffee maker and a bag with 2 coffees ready to prepare, the entire staff was helpful and very friendly, they gave me an upgrade to a room with bathtub! Excellent facilities and a great sleep. Congratulations! Thank you for all your attentions!

It is a very nice small hotel with modern installations. Great location, not far from downtown and close from restaurants and shopping areas. The staff is courteous and the bed and pillows are very comfortable.

Stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip to Tequila. First stay we were accommodated in the street front building, and the rooms and hallways had a cigarette smoke smell throughout the building. The rooms looked old and worn out. Our second stay we were put in the back building, and this was far better, no smells, cleaner,...
