Our inn is a 5-minute walk to the Valenciana Church, one of Mexico’s finest colonial churches, the Valenciana Mine, as well as the Casa Del Conde Restaurant and Galleria. All are well-known in all of the travel guides and websites. We are a ten-minute taxi...More
I just returned from a wonderful trip to Guanajuato where my friends and I spent four delightful and luxurious nights at Casa Estrella. The place is gorgeous, clean, and beautifully appointed. The staff is just lovely; we especially enjoyed Angelica's incredible breakfasts and all of...More

Hi leslie! The pool was small but not tiny, about 4x10 metres i would estimate. Casa estrella is really quiet yes. Plus from the location you have a great sight on the city centre. I think i still have some photos i could post. Both cities are great but i would recommend to spend more days in guanajuato over san miguel. If you have six days you could split it evenly: 3/3 or you could stay 4 over 2 in guanajuato. I would recommend taking a city tour. Joskua viajes could arrange something for you. They helped us magnificently :) good luck and enjoy!
