Just got back from a four day stay at El Meson. We arrived at 7am and although the check in time was at 3pm, don Guillermo, the front desk clerk, made a few calls and got us into our room immediatly. The room was nice and clean, and the beds were very confortable. The entire staff was very helpful and...

I loved this hotel and it was worth the climb. The staff found a room on the first floor which is still a climb. Our room was beautiful, large and quiet. We stay during the day of the dead celebration. I was lovely to back to a quiet excellent room.

We stayed here for three nights and enjoyed our stay. The hotel was a bit noisy with outside noise mostly due to the Day of Dead festivities. The room had no heating or cooling but the fan provided answered the call. The staff were very friendly and service oriented. The location was perfect for us in the center but a...

Stayed for a weekend. Don't drive. Take a taxi from airport. No parking and difficult city to drive. The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. I liked the decor and breakfast was included and good. The coffee shop out to the right was great. I liked Guanajuato but SMA is better. Great hotel. Would use them again.

This hotel is beautiful and spotless. The decor is very tasteful and the layout is magnificent. Great location in the center of town. It's a short walk to most attractions and restaurants. The staff was very pleasant. They offer a continental breakfast that included a traditional Mexican food and/or fruit and cereal. I definitely recommend staying here. Viva Mexico!

Its very close to the main garden and theater. The major market its around. 7 minute walk. Callejon del beso and a little square with lots of eateries is a 2 min walk. Check in was a breeze as well as check out. Bfast is well priced but could use more choices I guess. Staff was super cool and polite....

When we got there, we were pleasantly surprised at the decoration of the hotel! And the location! Our room was spacious and super clean, and had all we needed. The bed was very comfortable, the...
