We came to visit our friends at the hotel to walk together to an event across the street they asked for the persons name and he can let us up, we gave it to him and then he said no they have to come down and get you which they did and then the manager decided to charge us $600 pesos per person to go up, even if it I was for one hour. Which we aren’t paying that just to wait…horrible customer service wouldn’t recommend.
Arrived to midnight from the airport, this Hotel is very recommended for family or single travel, is near to airport and is very comfortable. Extremely clean, very good bed and bathroom. This is my first time in this hotel, I recommend widely. Very satisfied. The personal in the front desk are very pleasant. This hotel offer one express breakfast without charge.
I selected this hotel because it was close to the airport and per the IHG website, it was pet friendly. I also called the hotel to confirm that they allowed pets, which they said they did. However upon arrival, after we had already unloaded our pets and all of our luggage, we were told by the front desk staff that they did not allow pets. We asked to speak to the manager. The manager also said the hotel did not allow pets. She offered to "help" us by contacting other hotels in the area. We asked her to contact another Holiday Inn hotel that was close by, the Holiday Inn Mexico Dali Airport, which also showed as pet friendly on the IHG website. She said she called them and they did not allow pets. However, when we called the same hotel ourselves 5 minutes later, they said they DID allow pets. We ended up moving to the Holiday Inn Mexico Dali Airport hotel. Holiday Inn Express Mexico Aeropuerto terrible customer service, provides inaccurate information, and resulted in a great inconvenience for myself and the other individuals traveling with me. I would suggest staying away from this hotel, as they cannot be trusted to provide accurate or reliable information.…
I have IHG Platinum status. I'm connecting in Mexico City and need a hole from 5 a.m. to 4 p.m. They tried to gouge me by telling me that, in order to check in early, I would have to pay for two nights. Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other hotels that won't gouge you!
The rooms are very good, beds are always very confortable, with a selection of 3 kind of pillows The SCREEN is very small considering is around 8 foot far from the bed Breakfast was ok Staff was very kind The worst thing was that there was no cable tv, it was not working, fortunately I brought a device so I was able to mirror stuff from my phone, otherwise would be very boring The location of the hotel is almos unbeatable
I stayed at the hotel while attending a concert and fan meet-up in Mexico City. The staff were great with all the fans, even watching our videos, chatting to us about the band and asking how the gig went. The manager especially made us feel very at home, he even taught me some Spanish! In terms of facilities, there is a nice courtyard to sit in, computers and free printer to sort out your boarding passes, and complementary coffee at all times in the lobby. It is very convenient to the airport and the hotel shuttle bus makes the trip very easy. The drivers are very nice too! Thanks to all at the Holiday Inn!
Room was very large with two queen beds. Hotel seems to be very modern and bathroom fittings are modern. The hotel is on the main road but soundproofing was efficient and it gave us no problem. Check-in was hasslefree. Pick up from the airport was arranged without any difficulty. - The hotel is normally close to the airport but it took half an hour to travel when we arrived due to the heavy traffic.
We have stayed here twice and it is nice. It is new and very large rooms with tons of lighting. Perfect for the airport. We will come back again. Restaurant is not fancy but does the job. Food was good.
Love this gem of a hotel near the Mexico City Airport. The staff is wonderful and friendly and we want to give a special shout out to the shuttle driver Juan Manuel who went above and beyond during our stay. The rooms are well kept, very clean, and don't smell! We will be back!
We enjoyed the quiet room with a comfortable bed and blackout blinds after a long trip. The included breakfast was excellent-several hot and cold choices. The free shuttle was very convenient-be sure to wait outside Puerto 4 then to the right as there is no signage. We would definitely stay here again.
