Only positive things to say about this hotel: great location, wonderful service, spotless rooms, amazing restaurant! We had a wonderful dinner at la Mansion! Melt in your mouth steak, delicious tacos and guacamole and excellent service from Carlos, who was attentive, friendly and courteous. Just WOW! There are many great restaurants in this beautiful city, however, la Mansion trully deserves...

Did a bit of research before settling on this hotel. I found the location to be perfect, with many sites in easy walking distance and plenty of restaurant choices around the hotel area. The executive lounge on top floor was expansive, including an outdoor area overlooking city.

I've been to this hotel 10 times now. Last year it was fine, but in 2017, they've tanked. The entire floor on 15 (highest for rooms) shakes. When you lay in the bed and try to sleep, you feel rumbles. Manager and staff acknowledge the problem, but are unwilling to swap me to a room I've stayed in before where...

I stayed here on a work trip - very good location for the centre of the City. Rooms were big and clean. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet - Paola and Alma make the most amazing omelettes to die for :) I'll definitely stay there again

If you need anything doing, I just ask. I've lived in this half for almost 180 days per year for 3 years and the staff are great. In particular GIOVANNI TORRES.
