The entire hotel staff makes each stay enjoyable always asking if they can do anything to make my stay more comfortable, walking me to my destinations, remembering my preferences and translating when necessary. From getting out of the cab to checking into my room, someone was there to assure my experience would be a great one. While I spoke no Spanish, my bad, :( the staff behind the desk was bi-lingual and very helpful. A wonderful friendly and helpful staff! I would surely use the hotel again.

Outstanding Breakfast buffet and overall food during meetings. Friendly service staff and nice locations. I would go there again. Was a very nice stay, esp. during a busy business schedule, good chance to relax.

Very helpful and professional staff from the bellman to the taxi driver Roberto. Good food, great view from rooftop. In a fine area. Was able to walk thru market several times. Stayed in a great many hotels around the world. This one is in the top 3.

Your experience starts with the very slow check-in. I go the the Marriott regularly but I was extremely disappointed this time. I was there for 24 hours and they were charging me internet for 2 days. The hotel was very clean and appeared to be recently updated. The staff was courteous and helped to arrange for us to have transportation both to and from the airport. Staff is great, we learned each others names in just a 3 day trip. They were knowledgeable and provided info on places to go. The location is centralized to key sites in the city. The neighborhood is very safe and friendly accessible to public transportation and uber. The hotel was very modern and beautiful.
