We stayed at this hotel twice during our 2.5 week vacation, once upon arrival to Mexico city and the second time after we returned from our trip to Oaxaca. Both times, the staff was helpful, the rooms clean and one cannot beat the location. You are close to archeological sites, museums, excellent restaurants and there is an abundance of Uber...

What a treat it was to stay here. From the moment you arrive, you are amazed by the location. The hotel sits inside a beautiful historic building. Inside, the staff is professional and courteous. I would like to recognize the breakfast area staff for being welcoming and pleasant. The only drawback as stated in other reviews is the viewless window...

Wow. Tthe Hampton Suites in the Historico District of Mexico City is a great value and convenient hotel! The hotel is walking distance to major landmarks, metro, and city shopping. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well maintained, and an over and beyond customer service attitude. The front desk staff is polite, bilingual, and very organized, especially Daniella. I was upgraded when I checked in for no extra cost. The hotel does not have room service which honestly was never an issue because there are so many options nearby. It's in the city centre so getting around is a breeze. The famous touribus starts and ends nearby.
