First when you walk into this beautiful historic adaptive re-use you'll be surprised it's a Hampton Inn. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. The concierge (which is not common at all for a Hampton Inn) was knowledgeable and quickly and easily assisted us with scheduling a day trip to the Pyramids. Stayed in probably one of their smaller rooms...

My friend and I were very pleased with this hotel. It's centrally located, just two blocks from Zocalo and walking distance to the majority of the downtown/historical landmarks. Head down a few blocks to the Mezcalrias, or try some Pulque on Regina Street. I will agree about the breakfast. While not a BAD breakfast, you almost kind if wish you...

My wife and I were at the hotel for 5 nights. Location is excellent. Staff very helpful. 24 hour free coffee in lobby. Computer in lobby- free. Breakfast started at 6AM which was very helpful, because we had early start tours. Suite was very satisfactory. Terrace was lovely. Highly recommend the hotel.

This hotel is mostly PROs with just one CON. Everything we read on TA on the positive side was true, so won't go over them again. Only CON was a breakfast comment. The breakfast was typical of all the buffet breakfasts wherever you go - same items etc. HOWEVER this buffet has a problem. The heated items are either lukewarm...

The Hampton Inn Mexico City is located in the federal district very near Constitution Plaza. It is clean and the staff were very helpful. We were surprised by how quiet it was given the fact that is located in the heart of the city. We stayed there on an overnight on our way to Mazatlan and we were thrilled to...

This hotel does everything well. Our 25th wedding anniversary was celebrated with rose decoration and towel sculture. It was a very pleasant stay. Room was spacious and very clean. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
